Cancellation Policy
Cathedral Cove Dive reserves the right to cancel any scheduled trip to ensure the safety of clients, staff and equipment. If in doubt or you are coming from out of town, please call us to confirm the trip is running. All Scuba Diving & Snorkel Boat Trip cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to meet time of trip, otherwise the full trip price may be charged.
Seasickness, inability to equalise, weather conditions, and personal health conditions are not premises for refund.

Welcome to Cathedral Cove Dive & Snorkel - Thank you for joining Cathedral Cove Dive Ltd for a boating, snorkelling, freediving, scuba diving, or marine adventure activity. Your safety is our priority; however, adventure activities in the marine environment involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated, even when managed by trained staff using appropriate equipment and procedures.
Key Risks - Activities may involve:
• vessel travel in changing sea and weather conditions
• slips, trips, falls, and impacts while boarding, disembarking, or moving around the vessel
• exposure to sun, wind, rain, cold, and dehydration
• strong currents, waves, surge, and reduced visibility
• drowning, panic, fatigue, or separation from the group
• contact with rocks, reefs, vessels, marine life, or other hazards
• diving-related injuries including barotrauma, decompression illness, air expansion injuries, and equipment malfunction.
Your Responsibilities - To help keep everyone safe, you must:
• follow all instructions from crew, skippers, instructors, and guides
• remain within designated activity areas
• use equipment correctly
• disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or concerns
• immediately report illness, injury, or equipment issues
• actively supervise children in your care.
Important Information - Cathedral Cove Dive vessels carry communication equipment, first aid supplies, emergency oxygen, and trained staff. However, activities take place in a marine environment where immediate access to advanced medical care may be limited. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the activity, have been informed of the significant risks, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily choose to participate.
